Dr. Tahseen Moin is a board certified chiropractic physician who has practiced in the Dupage County area for more than a decade. He specializes in spine alignment, the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders, nutrition counseling, acupuncture, and treats a range of injuries, including those related to sports, work, and auto accidents. Dr. Moin is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard (formerly National College of Chiropractic). He completed post graduate studies in acupuncture and is also a certified chiropractic sports physician. He works closely with a network of neurologists, orthopedists, internists, and pain specialists.
Dr. Moin believes in the whole patient approach: Exceptional patient education promotes accelerated rehabilitation and prevents future injuries. He looks for the root cause of the problem rather than simply treating symptoms and goes the extra mile in meeting each patient's unique needs.
Allison Minicz has worked in the Chiropractic field for the past five years. The last three years she has been the office manager of Midwest Physical Medicine and Rehab Center. She welcomes all patients with a smile and by their names. Her main responsibilities at the clinic include overseeing daily operations and coordinating insurance claims. Allison is currently working on her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. In her free time she enjoys camping and fly fishing with her husband.
Zaneta Siedlik has worked for Midwest Physical Medicine for two years as the front desk receptionist. She is currently going to school for Ultrasound Technician. In her free time she enjoys going to Wisconsin with her boyfriend and family.
